The Connecticut Supreme Court is expected to rule this morning on whether a lower court judge was correct when he declared serial killer Michael Ross competent. The high court heard arguments on the matter yesterday. Ross is scheduled to die by lethal injection on January 26th and has decided not to appeal his death sentence. State public defenders say they have been denied a chance to present evidence that Ross is suicidal. No inmate has been put to death in Connecticut since 1960. WFCR’s Av Harris reports.
