Tony Broh, a co-author of “Planning for College”, says it can’t be stressed enough: families need to start saving whatever amount they can as soon as a child is born. Even a small amount of money put away in a college savings plan makes a difference over an 18 year period. Broh spoke to WFCR’s Bob Paquette.
