Sudan Separation Vote Watched from Springfield

A vote is underway in Southern Sudan to determine whether that part of Africa’s largest country should split from the north. The vote is being watched from Springfield by Adim Malek. He was one of the so-called “lost boys” who fled Sudan during the decades-long civil war. He is now a student at Elms College in Chicopee. Malek spoke with WFCR’s Kari Njiiri.
