Region Wide Snow Storm Keeps Many Home

The first big storm of 2011 has dumped almost two feet of snow in some parts of the region. Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick declared a State of Emergency a few hours ago. Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy signed a similar declaration this morning. The message most heard today was “stay off the roads”. And as WFCR’s Jill Kaufman reports, many did, but not everyone can stay home from work.
