Retiring MA Cong. John Olver on Foreign Policy and DC Gridlock, Part 2

Retiring Massachusetts Congressman John Olver says during his twenty one years in Washington he learned about the difficulty of trying to help other countries solve internal conflicts. From Northern Ireland and the breakdown of Yugoslavia to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Olver told New England Public Radio’s Susan Kaplan that most of the time he believes the U.S. should focus on being a mediator.
