UMass Looks To Escape Football Ghosts In Re-Launch Of Big-Time Football

It’s game time at UMass Amherst. The Minutemen football team faces Boston College at Gillette Stadium on Saturday. This is the third year since the team made the costly and contentious move up to college football’s top division.

After the team’s dismal performance last year, UMass fired head coach Charley Molnar and brought back former head coach Mark Whipple.
