Ashfield Attorney Says Closing Guantanamo Is Not Enough
The Obama presidential transition team has announced that one of the first executive orders the President-Elect will issue is the closure of the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. But doing so is not as simple as a directive from the President, as the fate of the prisoners at the facility is uncertain. Ashfield attorney Buz Eisenberg represents four of the detainees at Guantanamo. He says closing the base -- and moving the prisoners to another location -- is not enough:
