Budget Season Brings New Concerns About Homelessness

With the new year here, another state budget season is on the horizon. Advocates for affordable housing are urging Massachusetts lawmakers and the Patrick Administration to make what they call "strategic investments" in rental assistance, public housing and homelessness prevent.
