In the 2008 Presidential Election, the under 30 crowd turned out at the polls in record numbers. 2012 may turn out to be a whole other story. While many college students and 20 somethings are actively paying attention this election season, the campaigns aren't reaching everyone. Registration among young voters is down by several points compared to four years ago.
