The entire Massachusetts congressional delegation voted for the last minute deal to avert drastic tax hikes and spending cuts late Tuesday night. Springfield Congressman Richard Neal says, that while some bi-partisan goodwill may have resulted from the prolonged debate, he expects contention will rear up again on the subject of the federal debt ceiling.  The deadline about how much the government owes comes up again next month.
