When Jonathan Secor voted this morning in the tiny Mohawk Trail town of Florida, Massachusetts -  the temperature was in the teens. He told New England Public Radio's Jill Kaufman, as he cast his old-school paper ballot, the cold weather somehow bolstered his faith that democracy is alive and well.
