Former Slave Tells His Story at Mount Holyoke College

Francis Bok was seven years old when he was sold into slavery after his village was raided by a Janjaweed militia. For ten years he endured daily beatings, ate rotten food, and slept among the animals. Bob Paquette spoke with Francis Bok ahead of his Black History Month keynote speech at Mount Holyoke College's Gamble Auditorium on Wednesday, February 2 at 7:00 P.M.
