Amherst, MA Sales of single-family homes in Massachusetts dropped more than 8 percent in 2007, according to a new report from The Warren Group, a Boston-based provider of real estate data. As WFCR's Tina Antolini reports, the continuing downward spiral of home sales may be scaring off prospective home buyers.
