MA House Speaker Annouces Spending Plan

Massachusetts House Speaker Sal DiMasi is proposing to raise the state's cigarette tax in order to balance the new state budget. In announcing his spending plan Tuesday, DiMasi says he now supports Governor Patrick's proposal to close corporate tax loopholes, an idea that he's rejected in the past.
