MA Public Safety Secretary Offers Advice To Police on Marijuana Decriminalization

Officials are still trying to figure out how best to implement Massachusetts' new law decriminalizing the possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Several stipulations in the measure -- passed by voter referendum last November -- remain unclear. In the meantime, a number of state agencies are offering suggestions to law enforcement, local leaders and school officials. WFCR's Susan Kaplan spoke with Kevin Burke -- Massachusetts' Secretary of Public Safety -- to get that agency's take on Question Two.
