Massachusetts Schools Submit Anti Bullying Plans to State

99 percent of Massachusetts school districts have turned in anti bullying plans as now required by a new state law.The The director of the Massachusetts Regression Reduction Center at Brdigewater State University professor Elizabeth Englander,says the center is unique,because it doesn't require schools to pay for the services.Englander told WFCR's Susan Kaplan that she supports Massachusetts new anti bullying law but knows that some schools view it as extra work.
