Date:
01/28/2005

A report issued this month says after steady economic gains in the 1990s, Latinos, African Americans and other people of color have lost ground since 2000. The report from the Boston-based group United for a Fair Economy was released near the annual observance of Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday. Executive director Meizhu Lui says the report's title is the State of the Dream 2005: Disowned in the Ownership Society.
