More Western Mass Families Turn to Domestic Violence Shelters

The Massachusetts House and Senate have given final approval to a bill establishing criminal penalties for assault and battery on a family member. This comes at time when some domestic-violence shelters in western Massachusetts are reporting an increase in the number of families they're housing...
