Springfield Faces 4.6 Million Dollar Deficit

Amherst, MA Springfield, Massachusetts is facing a 4.6 million dollar budget deficit, because of local aid cuts made by Governor Patrick this week. But, as WFCR's Tina Antolini reports, Mayor Dominic Sarno is pledging not to lay off any police or firefighters this year.
