Springfield Police Donate Horses and Gear

Palmer, MA It's been eight years since horse-mounted police patrolled the streets of Springfield, and the department's tack and equipment are no longer in use. So, the force is donating the items to a horse rescue sanctuary in Palmer, Massachusetts.
