Town of Hadlley Limits Superstores

The town of Hadley, Massachusetts has joined about a dozen other New England communities in limiting the development of huge retail spaces. Last week, the Hadley town meeting voted to cap retail development at 75,000 square feet. But while some object to any restrictions on businesses, others wonder whether the restrictions have come too late. WFCR's Karen Brown reports.
