Water Improvement Money to MA

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and the state's congressional delegation have announced $185 million in federal recovery funds for water infrastructure projects across the state. WFCR's Susan Kaplan reports that nearly $66 million will be targeted for the Connecticut River.
