Not everyone is ringing in the new year in their own home. Housing remains a national problem.... as well as a regional one. WFCR's Karen Brown spoke with Springfield, Massachusetts housing director Gerry McCafferty about the year ahead in housing. She says the crisis that peaked with the economic downturn is not over -- and the local foreclosure rate is likely to stay high.
