At the end of the month, two familiar voices will be leaving New England Public Radio. Henry Epp, who has been the local host of Morning Edition since 2014, will be moving to Vermont for his new position as the host of All Things Considered at VPR based in Colchester. Susan Kaplan, the local host of All Things Considered at NEPR, will be joining the newsroom at WGBH in Boston. Susan has been a reporter at NEPR since 1995, and host of All Things Considered for the past seven years.

"We are so grateful to have been able to share the news and storytelling talents of Henry and Susan with our listeners," said Martin Miller, CEO and General Manager of NEPR. "We're sad to see them go, but thrilled they've been offered such exciting positions. As we work to find their replacements, NEPR is committed to continuing to provide in-depth, narrative-driven news coverage of the big issues facing the region."

Carrie Healy, NEPR's Weekend Edition host, will fill in as Morning Edition host, and longtime reporter and former All Things Considered host, Kari Njiiri, will pick up most All Things Considered shifts while longer term plans for both positions are developed.
