Jill Kaufman has had a long and varied public radio career. Now a reporter, host, and producer, she works primarily on WFCR's Focus Western New England, and develops content for WFCR's Morning Edition. She was WFCR's news director from 2005-2008. Jill was an editor for several years at PRI's The World in Boston. She was also a reporter at WGBH's Culture Desk. During the months leading up to the 2000 Presidential primaries Jill hosted The Exchange, a live call-in on NHPR. And During the 2000 South Carolina Primary, she hosted NPR's Weekend All Things Considered. In her nine years at WBUR in Boston, she was a morning news writer, and produced The Connection with Christopher Lydon.
