Biography

Martin Miller has been CEO and General Manager of New England Public Radio - 88.5 FM/WFCR and all News AM 640 WNNZ, for almost seventeen (17) years. Prior to his time as a CEO and General Manager, Miller served in a number of capacities over a ten (10) year period for WGBH Radio in Boston: including Program Director, Producer, Director of Broadcasting and Producer of On-Air Marketing. Miller also served on the Executive Committee of the national regional organization - Eastern Public Radio - for seven years, culminating in his last two-years as Chair of E-P-R. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Plainview, Long Island, Miller earned a BFA and MFA in Music Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he studied trombone. His wife Brenda is a musician and piano teacher; they have a son, Aaron, and daughter, Liliya.
